It was noted that the minutes of Sept 17, 2008 have been corrected to read The Fortier plot at Pineground Cemetery.
Dana Phelps has again volunteered his services to fix and weld the iron fence at Pineground Cemetery. Joanna has received one bid so far for $500.00 for gravel to be put on the center road at Leavitt Cemetery.
There is a C.I.P. meeting April 30th at 7PM at the Town Hall. All department heads need to attend and participate.
It was reported that Lynn Mayville called in regards of putting a 5.5" x 8.5" bronze marker on Tom Mayville's grave in Knowlton Cemetery. The Army had requested a confirmation that it was OK with the Cemetery Trustees to do this. The trustees saw no problems with this request.
